Founded by former Army infantryman  and lifelong gear head, Mike Watson, the business started as a one-man mobile detailing outfit with nothing but a bucket, a pressure washer, and a deep respect for the ocean and fine automobiles.

Mike settled near the water where he felt most at peace—but quickly realized how brutal coastal conditions were on cars. Salt air corroded paint, sand scratched finishes, and UV rays faded interiors. He saw a need: not just for detailing, but for defense against the elements. So he launched Shark Coast Auto Detail—named after the rugged shoreline he called home.

Mike’s ethos was simple: treat every car like it’s heading into battle with the elements, and make it shine like a trophy before it does. His attention to detail, top notch standards, and ocean-inspired branding earned loyal customers fast. What began on the beach grew into a full-service, high-end detailing brand known for ceramic coatings, salt-neutralizing washes, and unmatched customer service.
